These terms apply to the sale of the PDF guide Three Layer Trading: Swing Trading with Structure.

1. Scope

These terms apply to every purchase of the PDF guide.

2. Offer and price

Prices are in euros including VAT. The current offer is shown on the pricing page.

3. Agreement and payment

The agreement is formed once payment is completed.

4. Digital delivery

The guide is delivered digitally as a PDF via a download link immediately after payment.

5. Right of withdrawal

At checkout you explicitly consent to immediate delivery and acknowledge that the right of withdrawal lapses once the download starts.

6. Licence

The purchaser receives a personal, non-transferable licence. Sharing, reselling or publishing the PDF is not permitted.

7. Intellectual property

All content remains the property of the publisher.

8. Liability

The guide is educational. We are not liable for trading losses. Liability is limited to the purchase price paid.

9. Complaints and governing law

Complaints can be submitted via the contact details provided with your purchase. Dutch law applies.
